This is a bar-type ionizer that can withstand temperatures up to 130℃. It removes static electricity from paper and film in a roll-to-roll process under high-temperature conditions. The length of the bar can be produced as standard from 150 mm to 2,500 mm for long bars. It operates by connecting to a separate power box. The power box is not heat-resistant, so only the bar is installed in a high-temperature environment. There are three types of high-temperature resistant ionizers available: 1) EI-HRN: The bar and high-voltage cable are integrated. Suitable for speeds of 100 m/min or less. 2) EI-HRA: The bar and high-voltage cable are detachable. Suitable for speeds of 100 m/min or less. 3) EI-HRD: Tandem type, suitable for speeds of 100 m/min or more.
